  1. Program. LX Systems LLC (“LX Systems,” “we,” “us”) runs the LandANGELS text-message program. LandANGELS is a brand managed by LX Systems LLC. Messages may include replies to your inquiry or submission, scheduling and event reminders, and administrative notices. Messages are informational only and are never an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities.

  2. Consent. By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a form, you give express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LX Systems LLC (LandANGELS) at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you do not need to check the box to submit a form. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are at least 18.

  3. Frequency. Message frequency varies.

  4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.

  5. Opt-out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as by emailing [email protected]. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.

  6. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected], [HELP PHONE NUMBER — TO BE PROVIDED], or LX Systems LLC (LandANGELS), 6731 Whittier Ave Ste B-266, McLean, VA 22101-4525.

  7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

  8. Privacy. We use your number and message data as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

  9. Changes. We may change these SMS Terms by posting an update. Continued participation after an update means you accept it.

  10. Governing law. These SMS Terms are governed by Virginia law. See the Terms of Use for venue.
