LandANGELS Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 20, 2026

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

1. Who we are

LandANGELS is a brand managed by LX Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how LX Systems LLC (“LX Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which manages the LandANGELS brand, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through the website at landangels.club and its subpages, its forms, and related email and SMS communications (together, the “Site”).

Contact: [email protected], or by mail at LX Systems LLC (LandANGELS), 6731 Whittier Ave Ste B-266, McLean, VA 22101-4525.

This Policy covers the Site only. It does not cover third-party websites, including any developer, issuer, or project website linked from the Site.

2. Informational site; no offer of securities

The Site is informational only. Nothing on the Site, and nothing we collect through it, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing on the Site is investment, legal, or tax advice. If we ever need to confirm whether someone is an accredited investor, we do it privately and only if and when applicable, through a separate process with its own notices. We do not use Site forms to collect financial statements, tax returns, brokerage statements, Social Security numbers, or accreditation documents. Please do not submit them through the Site.

3. Information we collect

a. Information you provide. When you fill out a form, such as a contact, interest, or project-submission form, or when you email us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, phone number, company, and role;

  • information about a project, such as name, location, type, status, funding requested, total project value, and summary, plus any files you choose to upload;

  • the content of your messages to us; and

  • your communication preferences, including SMS consent records (date, time, source, and consent language shown).

b. SMS information. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number, your opt-in and opt-out records, and message logs. See Section 6 and our SMS Terms.

c. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar usage data. We collect this through cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. See Section 7.

d. Information from service providers. Our customer-relationship-management (CRM) and marketing-automation platform (currently HighLevel/LeadConnector) and our email, scheduling, and analytics providers may give us delivery, open, and engagement data about our communications with you.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined under applicable state privacy law, such as precise geolocation, government ID numbers, or financial account numbers, through the Site. Please do not submit it.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  1. respond to your inquiries and process your form submissions;

  2. operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

  3. send the communications you requested and, if you consented, send SMS messages under our SMS Terms;

  4. keep internal records, including consent and opt-out records;

  5. detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and illegal activity;

  6. comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and

  7. carry out other purposes we disclose when we collect the information, or with your consent.

We do not use Site data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and use limits, such as website hosting, CRM and forms (e.g., HighLevel/LeadConnector), email, SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, file storage, and IT and security.

  • Affiliates under common control with LX Systems LLC, only to support operating the Site and only under this Policy.

  • Developers or project sponsors, and members, only with your direction or consent. For example, if you submit a project and ask to be introduced, we share what is reasonably necessary for that introduction.

  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to respond to lawful government requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others; and to enforce our agreements.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.

  • With your consent or at your direction.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver messages, such as SMS platforms and carriers.

6. SMS / text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from LX Systems LLC (LandANGELS) at the number you provide, as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We keep consent and opt-out records as described in Section 9.

7. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use the Site, including the tracking and form tools of our HighLevel/LeadConnector platform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may stop working. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

8. Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

  • SMS: reply STOP. See the SMS Terms.

  • Cookies: use your browser controls.

  • Access, correction, deletion: contact [email protected]. See Section 10.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including responding to you, keeping business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it. As general guidelines: inquiry and form data, 24 months after last interaction; SMS consent and opt-out records, at least 5 years; uploaded project files, 12 months after the submission is closed unless a further relationship exists.

10. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us, you may have rights under state consumer privacy laws, for example the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and comparable laws in other states. These rights may include the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal data and access it;

  • correct inaccuracies;

  • delete personal data;

  • get a portable copy;

  • opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling; and

  • appeal our decision on your request.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” or write to us at the McLean address above. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent where state law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, such as access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the Site.

12. U.S. audience only

The Site is intended only for individuals located in the United States. We do not target or knowingly collect information from individuals outside the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

13. Children

The Site is not directed to and does not serve individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, if the changes are material, give additional notice as required by law.
